Agreement to these terms
This website is operated by Rethink Nutrition LLC, doing business as Rethink Nutrition (collectively, “Rethink Nutrition,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions apply to your access to and use of rethink-nutrition.com and any related products, features, content, and services that we provide through the site.
By accessing the site, creating an account, submitting information, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to the policies referenced here. If you do not agree, you should not use the site or purchase products through it.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to make a purchase. If you use the site on behalf of a business or another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that business or person to these terms.
Using our store
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, placing an order, contacting us, or submitting content.
You may not use the site:
- For an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purpose.
- To violate another person’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- To transmit malware, harmful code, automated scraping tools, or other technology that interferes with the site.
- To attempt unauthorized access to an account, system, network, or customer information.
- To submit false reviews, impersonate another person, manipulate promotions, or interfere with normal store operations.
- To resell products commercially without our prior written permission.
We may restrict or terminate access to the site when we reasonably believe these terms have been violated or when necessary to protect customers, our business, or the security of the site.
Products and wellness information
We work to present product descriptions, images, ingredients, counts, sizes, prices, and availability accurately. Manufacturers may update packaging, labels, ingredients, formulas, or serving information before every website image or description can be refreshed. Always review the physical product label before use.
Product colors and packaging may appear differently depending on your screen, photography, and manufacturer updates. We do not warrant that every image will exactly match the product packaging received.
Health and supplement disclaimer
Content on this site is provided for general educational and product-information purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Dietary supplement statements may not have been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Orders, pricing, and payment
An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of an order. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, shipping restrictions, product limitations, or suspected resale activity.
Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout when your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors. Applicable taxes and any other charges will be displayed during checkout.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the total shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes and recurring subscription charges you separately authorize.
Promotions and discount codes may have separate terms, expiration dates, product exclusions, or customer limitations. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, applied retroactively, exchanged for cash, or used in violation of their stated conditions.
Shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds
Rethink Nutrition currently ships within the United States and offers free standard shipping on U.S. orders with no minimum purchase. Delivery dates and transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur because of carriers, weather, address problems, high order volume, holidays, or events outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.
Some gummies, softgels, chocolates, skincare products, and other temperature-sensitive items may soften, melt, freeze, separate, or change appearance during transit. When a warm-weather or temperature notice appears on a product page, purchasing during extreme temperatures is at the customer’s discretion unless otherwise required by law.
Returns, refunds, replacements, damaged-order claims, and related conditions are governed by our Shipping, Refund, and Return Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.
Subscriptions and recurring purchases
Certain products may be offered through a subscription or recurring-purchase option. When you enroll, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method at the frequency and price disclosed during enrollment, plus applicable taxes. Shipping charges, if any, will be disclosed before enrollment.
Subscription prices, discounts, products, and availability may change as permitted by law. We will provide any notice required by applicable law before a material change takes effect. You may manage or cancel a subscription using the method provided in your account, subscription emails, or by contacting customer service, subject to any processing cutoff disclosed for an upcoming order.
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed or shipped. Refund eligibility for processed subscription orders follows our return and refund policy and applicable law.
Reviews, feedback, and customer content
If you submit a review, photo, comment, suggestion, testimonial, or other content, you represent that it is truthful, based on your genuine experience, and that you have the right to submit it. Content must not be unlawful, misleading, defamatory, harassing, infringing, obscene, or promotional spam.
You retain ownership of your content. By submitting it to us, you grant Rethink Nutrition a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, format, distribute, and promote that content in connection with our store, products, customer service, and marketing, subject to applicable privacy and consumer-protection laws.
We may moderate, decline, or remove content that violates these terms, appears fraudulent, contains personal information, addresses an unrelated issue, or is otherwise inappropriate. We do not promise to publish every submission.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the site design, original text, graphics, photographs, videos, Rethink Nutrition branding, and other original site content are owned by or licensed to Rethink Nutrition and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the site for personal, noncommercial shopping and informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, license, scrape, distribute, frame, or commercially exploit protected site content without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.
Third-party product names, logos, trademarks, packaging, and content belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on our site identifies products we sell and does not by itself imply sponsorship or endorsement beyond the applicable commercial relationship.
Third-party services, links, and privacy
Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party services for payments, subscriptions, reviews, analytics, communications, fraud prevention, shipping, and other store functions. Those providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience or information. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, policies, security, availability, or business practices. Your use of a third-party service is subject to its own terms.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described in that policy.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the site will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or completely current.

Indemnification and general legal terms
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rethink Nutrition and its owners, employees, affiliates, service providers, and representatives from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the site, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
These terms and the policies incorporated into them constitute the agreement between you and Rethink Nutrition regarding use of the site and purchases through it. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States law, without limiting consumer-protection rights that apply where you live.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted unless a later effective date is stated. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
