I use this supplement every evening as a sleep aid. I find it so helpful. They taste lovely and the quality is very good. The texture is very soft, easy to consume. Love these but beware of the occasional stale bottle

I am on my 56th bottle of this melatonin. I absolutely love it, everything about it. Except one thing. And that is that you never know when you're going to get a bottle of gummies that are hard and stale. Not expired, just stale as can be. The bottle I most recently received is full of gummies that are too hard to chew, I'm afraid of ruining a filling. Think year-old Dots candies. I will order a new bottle because most of the time they are fresh and when they are, they are like light jelly candies and taste great. Wish the company had better quality control.They deserve five stars, but because of the occasional stale bottle, I took a star away.

I ant shut my brain off at night so these definitely help.Taste good.I fall asleep quickly with two but often don't stay asleep as long as when I just take one.Maybe that's just me.

Initially they worked fine when awoken while sleeping, but over time seem not as affective. Will continue to use them though.
