Hate it when I get leg cramps at night, started taking these (and increasing my magnesium intake) to help stop them. When I do get them, these work well, within about 5 or less minutes my leg stops cramping.

Seems to work well. Once I had to double dose to stop the cramping. It's necessary to take the proper electrolytes (including salt) in your nutrition as a prerequisite to stop or greatly reduce any cramping.

My wife has suffered from nighttime leg cramps for months - we read the reviews and took a chance on this item. Three nights of dissolving a single pill before bedtime - three nights in a row without leg cramps. We don't know how Leg Cramps PM works, but for her, it's like a magic potion that allows her to sleep without excruciating painful cramps, awakening her a couple of times a night.

I sometimes get restless legs at night and this does seem to help I do like that they are Pleasant tasting and dissolve quickly in your mouth it usually doesn't take long to get relief so I think it is a good product overall and a good value for the money I keep it on hand

These pills do work. I've used them for years. Then a few years ago, I was watching the Tour De France on TV and saw a cyclist who had just finished the day, drink pickle juice. I went out and bought a few bottles and tried it. It really worked. Taking it before going to bed eliminated my leg cramps completely. So I didn't have to be reactive to cramps by takin pills, I could be proactive and take pickle juice on a regular basis and totally eliminate the problem. My wife now makes batches of dill pickle juice which is much cheaper than buying it in bottles. I take it on a regular basis and no longer even think about leg cramps. Great stuff!

My leg cramps were so bad, I couldn't sit! Painful whether driving or sitting on passenger seat. Great product for my calves that usually cramp up after walking for a mile, when doing calf stretches before and after my walk doesn't work. The tablets quickly dissolve under the tongue. I may have to follow up with an additional dose or 2 if the cramping is severe. It really works!

I know my leg cramps are about to flare up when it feels like a small finger is poking my calves in different places. If I do nothing, it won't be long before my foot starts to turn in from a cramp.
